Do you love your job as much as we do?

"Children remind us to treasure the smallest of gifts, even in the most difficult times."

Our job descriptions may have a lot of things involved... but who would have thought... TOY TESTING? Sign us up!

In Stepps' office looked like Christmas morning on Friday afternoon with new toys EVERYWHERE! Those that were in for meetings, supervision, and paperwork could hardly contain their excitement. Before heading home for a restful 3-day weekend, some of the staff decided to take one for the team and participate in the “daunting” task of playing some of our new, fun items. We know, so tough, right? We love our kids and anything motivating! So what better thing to do than try out some of the new activities and find some creative ways to target goals? At In Stepps, we understand that collaboration, hands on training, state of the art services, evidenced based teaching strategies, and the dedication of staff members are just a few of the things that make for a terrific program. But taking a moment to enjoy simple games through the eyes of a child just reminds us of why we do what we do.
The consensus: Our favorite game was Hullabaloo! Check out the pictures below to see just how much fun we had. Talk about a great team building activity!

If you are an In Stepps family, be on the lookout for these new toys coming out to your home soon.

We know Kimberly, Nicole, Lindsey, and Jesse are thinking "We love our job at In Stepps!"

Supervisors doing a great job modeling how to do the Hullabaloo bounce!

Paperwork at the office is a challenging, but important, task! Reading up on a fun Crocodile game.

We celebrate even the smallest of victories at In Stepps. Go Kim!

Even in the midst of a long day in the office, our staff looks great!

We hope you appreciate the effort and dedication each team member puts in to ensure quality services as much as we do!

Have a happy and safe 4th of July, from our families to yours! And a  big thank you to all those who serve our country and sacrifice so much so we can enjoy freedom, good BBQ, fireworks, and a long weekend!

See you soon!
